It is DVS Pipelines' policy and intent to progress its business in accordance with the duty of care as described within the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and Regulations specific to the progressing of the business.
DVS Pipelines is committed to measuring its performance and reviewing its working methods to ensure that the environmental impact of all its business activities are minimised, being mindful that the protection of the environment extends to the avoidance of disruption and to minimising the effects of noise and air pollution.
DVS Pipelines' personnel are all provided with the necessary instruction and supervision to ensure that they can carry out their works with due regard for the environment and are made aware that it is their responsibility to keep their work place or site clean and tidy.
All tasks and works undertaken by DVS Pipelines are subject to environmental risk assessment to ensure that the risks are known and are suitably controlled, including an assessment of the working environment and necessary control measures to ensure that the surrounding area is protected from potential hazards.
